Extras on Film

We are on the hunt for extras, actors, and zombies. The filming for the video elements (zombie attacks, etc) is currently being shot from now until August 1st.  For information on how to join the main cast or our hoard of zombie extras, see the information below:

Extras (Army Soldiers, Civilians, and ZOMBIES!!!!)

If you would like to be an extra in the filming process (as a zombie, army soldier, or other character) please email jill@thezombieopera.com to be placed on our extras call list. She will then notify you with information about film shooting days as they arise.

Our last anticipated filming day with needs for extras is August 1st (science lab day). Please remember to schedule and RSVP with Jill Egyud, our Zombie Wrangler, to receive detailed information for each shoot you are taking part in.

(In case some of you are already signed up for the extras call list but have not received emails this past week, please note that emails regarding extras may have ended up in your spam box so please check, thanks!)

Note: Lead and other acting roles may require previous singing and acting experience, but to be a zombie, soldier, or a civilian, you do not need those skills.  While being a zombie may be ‘fun’, we do ask that you treat your performance as a serious role and follow direction carefully.

If you agree to be a civilian, you may also be a zombie in another scene.

Please be aware that by participating in this production, you will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure, Personal Release, Liability Release, and Contract of Conduct form. (click the links to download and print each form)
